Crayfish cottage

Crayfish cottage was built so that the family could cook up their seafood on the beach after a days diving in the Bay of Islands without the hassel of taking it home.

Over the years they planted herbs, lemons and a host of wonderful vegetables to accompany the freshly caught seafood. Beautifully simple meals come from the pizza oven or the old oildrum BBQ.

The essence of simplicity with a little bit of style thrown in!

I embrace it !"
